Ohio State Paranormal is currently accepting applications for membership, however, we are not appointing any new members at this time.  If you are interested in applying for membership, feel free to download and complete the application below.  You can than mail this application to the address listed on the application where we will hold it for a period of 6 months.  If a vacancy in our roster occurs, we will begin processing applications.  If you have any questions about the applications process, feel free to e-mail the director at ryan@ohiostateparanormal.com.  We thank you for your interest in our organization.

Membership Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Must have a clean criminal record (a BCI background check may be required)

• Must have a valid driver's license

• Must not use any drugs for recreational purposes

• Must be willing to travel anywhere within the State of Ohio

• Must follow the bi-laws and rules & regulations of the organization at all times
